Back to Article List County Library Hosts Beginner Dance Course Release Date: January 20, 2012 The Cape May County Library will host an eight-week dance course, “Beginner Dance” in February. The course, instructed by Linda Johnston, will take place at 2 p.m. on Mondays beginning February 6th at the Lower Branch Library located at 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas.   The workshop will focus on the fundamentals of dance movements such as jazz, tap, free style and ballet.    Linda Johnston has been practicing and studying dance since age four. Johnston has made a career out of dancing, including performing at Radio City Music Hall as a Rockette, owning and operating three dance studios and touring in a local vaudevillian show.    Recommended attire is comfortable clothes, i.e. yoga pants, dance shoes, flat shoes or socks and bring a bottle of water. For additional information, please call 886-8999 or visit online at www.cmclibrary.org.   .
