The COUNTYWIDE 9.1.1 NETWORK was created in 1992 to help the Public Safety Community of Police, Fire and EMS better serve our residents and visitors in their untimely need of emergency response services.

Dial 9.1.1 for emergencies only.

For all other calls, please dial the NON-EMERGENCY NUMBER at the Public Safety Answering Point that serves your municipality.

Here's what the network looks like:

There are eleven Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) serving our sixteen municipalities.

The Cape May County Emergency Management Communications Center (609.465.3011) serves as the backup system for all ten Public Safety Answering Points.
